What you can expect from Echopark
At Echopark, we employ an Associate Model because our primary goal is to deliver best value, quality services to our clients. In order to deliver the best service, we must have the best people. To this end, our compensation packages are highly competitive and are made up of three components
Rate - This is based on market conditions, experience, role and duration of the contact
Bonus - This reflects value which has been added to the company or the clients over the duration of the contract (minimum 6 months), including such aspects as internal development, business development, and utilisation/duration.
Options: As all our people contribute to the success of Echopark, it seems only fair that they share in the benefits of this success. In addition to very competitive rates, our associates can be offered the chance to own a part of Echopark.
