About Kristy:
Kristy Monahan is the Financial and Accounting AI Transformation Advisor at Echo Park Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of experience across accounting, fractional controllership and CFO work, cloud technology, and operations. She has founded two cloud-based accounting and consulting businesses, served on the Xero Partner Advisory Council from 2021–2023, and is an alumna of Intuit’s Trainer Writer Network.

Part Sherlock Holmes, part MacGyver, Kristy excels in helping accounting, finance, and small business leaders find where their financial systems and processes break. From there, she builds practical, innovative fixes that reduce manual work and create much needed relief.

Outside of work, she’s (slowly) launching two teenagers into adulthood, growing a vegetable garden, keeping a sourdough starter named Clint Yeastwood alive, and rarely needs convincing to grab the mic at dive-bar karaoke.
