SaraBeth Lapidus brings a rare vantage point to Maxio consulting: she's seen the platform from the inside. Within her six years of Consulting work was a stint working directly at Maxio, and has since returned to the Maxio ecosystem full-time. That combination — an insider's understanding of how the platform is built, paired with real-world consulting chops — shapes everything she does for SaaS and technology clients navigating billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

Now with Echo Park Consulting, SaraBeth helps finance teams get out of the weeds and into a system that actually keeps pace with growth. She's hands-on with implementations and system configuration, but where she adds the most value is in translating Maxio's capabilities into processes a growing SaaS business can actually run on — cleaner reporting, tighter subscription billing workflows, and financial operations built to scale rather than patched together.

Outside of work, SaraBeth loves being outside with her pup, crafting, watching documentaries, enjoying Colorado nature, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
